  • 2011-2019: involvment as professor in the doctoral and postdoctoral school ’management science‘ within the field of intercultural communication (since 2012 as an external academic adviser).
  • 2007-2012: founder and head of the linguistic doctoral and postdoctoral school, head of the doctoral and postdoctoral programme ’intercultural linguistics‘.
  • 2003-2007: founder and co-head of the interdisciplinary doctoral and postdoctoral school for humanities and social sciences ’linguistics and education‘, head of the doctoral and postdoctoral programme ’intercultural linguistics‘.
